- - Main responsibility includes preparation of Municipal Drawings and Working Drawings while concentrating on completion of projects during the set time frame.
- Assist in executing the project design and construction details.
- Apply the knowledge of Rules &
- Regulations of PMC, PCMC & other sanctioning authorities while preparing valuable for construction &
- Municipal Drawings.
- Maintain same level of communication with other Sr. Technicians in other teams
- Undertake day to day duties required under ISO standards and MIS systems
- Remain sensitive about maintaining the Company image and culture internally and externally
- Use company resources in a responsible manner.
- Understand the importance of time and work efficiently on deadlines and under time pressure.
Essential Competencies:
- - Excellent Drafting skills- Thorough in AutoCAD
- Up-to-date knowledge of Rules &
- Regulations pertaining to sanctioning bodies.
- Experience in handling large scale Projects
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience of being an active part in communication channels within the team and with the client.
- Experience is working individually and within a team
- Keen attention to detail
- Eager to learn and develop new skills
- Respect for Company virtues such as honesty, punctuality and sincerity
- Flexibility in attitude with the main focus on Company success.
Preferred Skills:
- Pre DCR &
- Auto DCR Software.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop &/or any 3D modelling tool.
