Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Executive to lead and execute SEO strategies that improve organic rankings, website traffic, visibility, and conversions. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies for multiple websites and clients.
- Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Handle on-page SEO, including meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, content optimization, and URL structure.
- Perform technical SEO audits and identify issues related to crawling, indexing, site speed, mobile responsiveness, structured data, and website architecture.
- Plan and execute off-page SEO and link-building strategies to improve domain authority and rankings.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlinks, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
- Use Google Search Console and Google Analytics to analyze website performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop SEO reports and present performance insights to clients and internal teams.
- Work closely with content writers, developers, and digital marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Identify algorithm updates and industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Audit existing websites and create actionable SEO improvement plans.




- Track competitors and identify new keyword and content opportunities.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of backlinks and conduct backlink audits when required.
- Guide junior SEO team members and review their work.
- Ensure SEO activities are completed within deadlines and according to client requirements.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO.
- Excellent understanding of keyword research and SEO strategy development.
- Hands-on experience with: Google Search Console, Google Analytics / GA4, Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs / SEMrush / Ubersuggest, SEO audit tools
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, website structure, and basic technical SEO concepts.
- Strong understanding of link-building and backlink analysis.
- Experience with local SEO will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong reporting and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant SEO certifications will be an added advantage.
