Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven SEO & AEO Executive with 2–4 years of experience in improving organic search visibility and optimizing content for AI-driven answer engines and generative search platforms to drive qualified traffic and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and visibility across target keywords.
- Optimize website content, structure, and technical elements to improve performance in AI-driven answer engines and generative search results.
- Conduct keyword research and content gap analysis to identify opportunities for both traditional SEO and AEO.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices including meta tags, headers, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Apply schema markup and structured data to improve content eligibility for featured snippets, AI overviews, and answer boxes.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO platforms.
- Conduct regular SEO audits to identify technical issues and recommend fixes to improve site health.




- Track and evaluate content visibility and citations across AI search and answer engine platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.).
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO and AEO recommendations.
- Build quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and other off-page SEO activities.
- Stay updated on search engine algorithm updates, AI search trends, and industry best practices.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark performance and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.

Good to Have

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO, with exposure to AEO/generative search optimization.
- Experience optimizing content for voice search, featured snippets, and AI-generated answers.
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and large language model behavior.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or Moz.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to stay current with fast-evolving search and AI trends.
- Basic understanding of content marketing and copywriting principles.
- Must be have own System for working.
