About the Role

n

As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for retail signage, promotional materials, digital displays, marketing campaigns, and customer-facing communications.

n

You will work closely with product teams, developers, and business stakeholders to transform concepts and business requirements into engaging visual experiences.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Design creative retail signage, promotional materials, digital assets, and customer-facing communications.
n
- Create concepts, layouts, mock-ups, illustrations, and final production-ready artwork.
n
- Develop visually appealing designs for digital signage, in-store displays, marketing campaigns, and social media content.
n
- Ensure consistency across branding, typography, colour schemes, imagery, and visual elements.
n
- Collaborate with product, marketing,



and development teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions.
n
- Review existing designs and recommend improvements to enhance customer engagement and visual impact.
n
- Stay up to date with design trends, retail marketing practices, and emerging creative technologies.
n
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
n

Required Skills & Qualifications

n

n
- Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication or a related field.
n
- Knowledge of the Retail domain, Retail Applications, Digital Signage, or Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) solutions.
n
- Experience designing customer-facing retail content, promotional materials, in-store marketing assets, digital displays, or signage solutions.
n
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar creative platforms.
n
- Experience creating visually engaging layouts, branding elements, marketing creatives, and digital assets.
n
- Motion graphics, animation, and video editing skills using tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent software.
n
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, visual hierarchy, branding, and user-centric design principles.
n
- Experience working on customer-facing, retail, marketing, e-commerce,



or digital signage projects.
n
- Knowledge of AI-powered design tools and modern creative workflows.
n
- Strong communication, collaboration, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
n
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into impactful visual designs.
n
- Experience working in Agile or fast-paced product development environments.
n

Technical Skills (Optional / Added Advantage)

n

- Understanding of software development processes and collaboration with development teams.
n
- Degree in the BCA/MCA or related field of IT.
n
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other scripting languages.
n
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud technologies.
n
- Basic understanding of APIs, web applications, and contemporary web architecture.
n

Creativity, visual storytelling, and the ability to create eye-catching customer-facing designs will be considered the most important attributes for this role.
