Job Description: Affiliate Manager – Sales (International)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days a Week)

Office Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹45,000 per month

About the Role

n

We are looking for a motivated and performance-driven Affiliate Manager – Sales (International) to manage and scale international affiliate marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with global affiliate networks, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with international clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

n

Identify and onboard high-converting offers from leading international affiliate networks.

n

Work with platforms such as MaxBounty, Impact, Awin, and other global affiliate networks.

n

Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize affiliate campaigns to achieve consistent Month-on-Month (MoM) growth.

n

Build and maintain strong relationships with international affiliate networks, publishers, and ad networks.

n

Manage and optimize traffic through Google Ads and other paid traffic sources.

n

Analyze campaign performance using key metrics and optimize for maximum ROI.

n





Coordinate with international clients and partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.

n

Stay updated with industry trends and identify recent growth opportunities.

n

Requirements

n

6 months to 2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Affiliate Sales, or Performance Marketing.

n

Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as MaxBounty, Impact, Awin, or similar networks.

n

Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPS, and other affiliate marketing models.

n

Experience managing paid traffic, especially Google Ads.

n

English communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with international clients and partners.

n

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

n

Ability to multitask, manage campaigns efficiently, and deliver profitable results.
