Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
n
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
n
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
n
- Data entry in various platforms
n
- Resolve complex customer queries via live chat platforms.
n
- Maintain high accuracy and quick Turnaround Time (TAT).
n
- Deliver polished, qualified solutions to international users.
n

Qualifications

n

- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
n
- Flexibility:



Must be comfortable with a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
n
- Location: Currently residing in the Tricity area.
n
