What You'll Be Doing

- Lead and mentor a team of designers, ensuring high-quality creative output.
n
- Own creative projects from concept to final execution.
n
- Create impactful social media campaigns and branding creatives that make brands stand out.
n
- Work closely with clients, understand their vision, and turn briefs into brilliant ideas.
n
- Present concepts confidently and build strong client relationships.
n
- Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, video editors, and account managers to bring campaigns to life.

- Maintain quality, consistency, and deadlines across multiple projects.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in a creative agency or similar setting.
n




- Proven experience leading and managing a creative/design team.
n
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Hands-on experience with both social media creatives and branding/identity design .
n
- Excellent visual storytelling and conceptual thinking.
n
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
n
- Someone who can inspire the team, handle feedback like a pro, and keep the creative energy flowing.
