Educational Qualification:

- Graduate degree in Civil Engineering
n

n

Experience:

n

n
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in construction supervision and/or Quality Control
n
- Proven experience in urban road infrastructure works, including pavements and associated appurtenances
n

n

Roles & Responsibilities:

n

n
- Provide technical expertise for construction supervision and quality control of urban road works
n
- Review and ensure compliance of drawings, designs, and technical specifications with approved standards
n
- Supervise construction activities related to roads, pavements, and associated structures to ensure quality and workmanship
n
- Monitor and implement QA/QC procedures for road works including subgrade, sub-base, base, and wearing courses
n
- Review contractor's work programs, method statements, and quality assurance plans for road construction
n
- Conduct inspections, field tests,



and material approvals as per specifications
n
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues during construction
n
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives for effective execution of works
n
- Verify measurements, certify quantities, and assist in preparation of interim payment certificates
n
- Prepare technical inputs for progress reports and completion documentation
n
- Ensure compliance with safety, traffic management, and environmental requirements at site
n

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of urban road design and construction practices
n
- Experience with asphalt and/or concrete pavement works
n
- Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and specifications
n
- Valuable communication, coordination, and reporting skills
