Job Description
n We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to drive new business growth by acquiring and managing enterprise clients across global markets. n
Key Responsibilities: n
n• Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and deal closure. n
n• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, industry events, and strategic partnerships. n
n• Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, C-level executives, and key decision-makers. n
n• Understand customer business requirements and position n
n• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and CRM. n
n• Generate and qualify enterprise opportunities across APAC and global markets through outbound prospecting, virtual meetings, and industry engagement. n
Requirements: n
n• 1+ years of B2B enterprise sales or business development experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, financial infrastructure, blockchain, or Web3. n
n• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative sales environment. n
n• Experience building pipeline through outbound prospecting and managing complex enterprise sales cycles. n
n• Strong ability to engage with founders, C-level executives, and senior decision-makers. n
n• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. n
n• Self-motivated, commercially driven,



and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. n
n• Strong curiosity and ability to quickly learn new technologies and market trends. n
n• Knowledge of blockchain, digital assets, cryptocurrency, or payment infrastructure is preferred. n
n• An existing network within fintech, payments, PSPs, forex, iGaming, or Web3 is a strong advantage. n
n• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. n
n• Must be authorized to work in India. n
Preferred: n
n• Experience selling API-based products, SaaS platforms, or payment infrastructure with basic use of AI tools like Claude . n
• Experience representing a company at international conferences and industry events. n
• Existing network within fintech, PSPs, forex brokers, payment companies, or digital asset businesses. n
