Role & responsibilities

- Consolidation of accounts and financial closures.
n
- Review of the analysis of financial reports, actuals vs budgets comparison.
n
- Effective coordination and ensuring timely provision of information to both statutory and internal auditors.
n
- Handling the statutory and internal audit.
n
- Conducting IFC checks.
n
- Trusts-Monitoring.
n
- Ensuring all the accounting compliances as per local GAAP and IFRS for subsidiaries.
n
- Contributing on behalf of F&A; team for any company related initiatives.
n
- Books maintenance and financial closures.
n

Preferred candidate profile

n

n
- CA Qualified / CA Semi-Qualified candidates only.
n
- Solid exposure to Financial Closure, Statutory/Internal Audit & IFC.
n
- Good knowledge of Indian GAAP, IFRS and accounting compliances.
n
- Experience in Financial Reporting, Budget vs Actuals and SAP/ERP.
n
- Manufacturing/FMCG/Dairy industry experience preferred
