- DoPrepare artisan breads, sourdough, laminated pastries, cakes, cookies, and dessert

- s.Maintain consistency in recipes, quality, and presentatio

- n.Develop new seasonal bakery products alongside the culinary tea

- m.Manage production planning, inventory, and minimize wastag

- e.Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and organizatio

- n.Train and support junior bakery team member
