Job Description About Inaara NeoFoods: n Inaara NeoFoods is building India's first farm-to-formulation platform for plant derived functional nutrients for everyday food by partnering with F&B; companies (domestic as well as exports) to develop scalable, clean-label and commercially viable food solutions. Having built and scaled successful ventures in the agri-food ecosystem, the founders bring a unique combination of entrepreneurial vision, operational excellence and industry relationships, positioning Inaara to build a globally relevant nutrition platform from India. n Qualifications: n n Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) n 8–10 years of experience in finance and accounts n Experience in financial reporting, accounting, internal controls, negotiations, audit, taxation, compliance, working capital and cash-flow management n Strong business acumen with valuable analytical and problem-solving skills n High ownership,



execution orientation and ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced, and evolving business environment n n Key Responsibilities: n 1) Accounting & Controls n n Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and reconciliations. n Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and MIS. n Establish and strengthen internal financial controls, processes, and SOPs n n 2) Audit, Tax & Compliance n n Manage statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits. n Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, Companies Act requirements, secretarial sand other applicable regulations n n 3) Treasury n n Monitor and manage cash flows and working capital requirements n Manage banking relationships, fund requirements, and treasury activities n n 4) Procurement & Cost Management n n Support vendor evaluation and commercial negotiations from a financial and risk perspective. n Monitor purchase price variances, material costs, and other key procurement-related financial metrics. n n Location n Mumbai, India
