Job Description:

n

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer with 2–5 years of experience to design engaging e-learning content and blended learning experiences. This role is ideal for someone who combines instructional design expertise with a passion for learner-centric innovation and digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

n

Learning Design & Development

n

n
- Conduct basic to intermediate needs analysis to align learning solutions with business and learner goals
n
- Design and develop interactive, application-focused training content for digital and blended formats
n
- Create compelling instructional materials, visuals, and assessments using up-to-date instructional strategies
n
- Lead or support storyboarding, content authoring, and multimedia development for self-paced and instructor-led programs
n
- Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)



to build engaging and effective learning experiences
n
- Write in clear, learner-friendly language tailored to diverse audiences and roles
n

n

Collaboration & Content Creation

n

n
- Work independently or within curriculum teams to develop and test instructional materials
n
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex topics into impactful training content
n
- Partner with senior designers and multimedia teams to conceptualize visuals, animations, and audio/video scripts
n
- Review peer-developed content and contribute ideas for new courses and learning programs
n
- Support promotional efforts by crafting course descriptions and rollout content
n

Tools & Technology

n

n
- Design and build digital learning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar
n
- Maintain organized documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including version control and asset tracking
n
- Contribute to the development of Instructor-Led Training (ILT) materials and virtual classroom assets
n

Qualifications & Experience

n

n
- 2–5 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or digital learning
n
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories
n
- Hands-on experience with authoring tools and multimedia platforms
n
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
