Mandatory Skills- MBOM, EBOM, SAP Routing, Manufacturing Planning, Work Instructions, Engineering Change Management, GD&T;, Engineering Drawing Interpretation, NX/CATIA V5, Shopfloor Assembly/ Machining Support, 1 Year shop floor manufacturing experience(must).

Detailed JD:

n

• Develop and modify Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) structures and manage engineering changes.

n

• Receive and review Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM).

n

• Create and maintain production routers to optimize workflow and efficiency.

n

• Develop and update production and rework work instructions.

n

• Create and maintain SAP routings and master routings.

n

• Release approved manufacturing and assembly plans for production execution.

n

• Manage Routing Standard Change Request (RSCR) processes.

n

• Develop, update, and maintain standard work procedures, Planning in Solumina.

n

• Create and update detailed work instructions and routing processes for manufacturing activities.

n

• Create and maintain purchase routing (CCS).

n

• Generate and maintain tool orders, production orders, and standard work documentation as needed to support production operations.

n

• Collaborate with Aftermarket teams to assist with field repair and retrofit designs.

n

• Create Non-Conformance (NC) rework programs to address quality notifications (QNs) and defects.

n

• Conduct studies to assess and improve production processes and workflows.

n

• Create and modify routing steps, hours, lot size, Production Resources and Tools (PRTs), and long text.

What You Will Learn:

Qualifications You Must Have:

n

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical/manufacturing/aerospace engineering or an equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience.

n

• 1–5 years of experience in manufacturing support, with hands-on experience in machining and/or assembly shopfloor operations.

n

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on shopfloor manufacturing experience.

n

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, tools, and methods.

n

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.;

n

• Experience in Unigraphics (NX) or CATIA V5 and Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

n

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

n

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team workplace.

• Experience in aerospace or automotive manufacturing environments.

• Exposure to Teamcenter PLM, Solumina & SAP

n

• Understanding of AS9100 quality standards.

n

• Experience supporting machine shop or assembly line operations.

• Exposure to aerospace interiors & exterior.

n

• Familiarity with macros or automation tools.

n

• Knowledge of quality control tools and structured problem solving.
