Job Summary:
n
We are looking for an experienced PMO professional with a robust background in the automation industry. The candidate will support project governance, planning, and execution of automation projects while working closely with global stakeholders in the EST time zone.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
- Drive project governance,
tracking, and reporting for automation projects
n
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables
n
- Coordinate with engineering teams (PLC, SCADA, HMI) and business stakeholders
n
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and project status updates
n
- Identify risks/issues and ensure timely escalation and resolution
n
- Standardize PMO processes, templates, and best practices
n
- Support resource planning and allocation
n
n
Required Skills:
n
n
- Strong experience in PMO/project coordination (5–7 years)
n
- Exposure to automation/industrial projects
n
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Excel, etc.)
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities
n
n
Preferred Qualifications:
n
n
- Understanding of PLC, SCADA, HMI environments
n
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification (good to have)
n
- Experience working with global clients / time zones
