Colour, Trim & Graphics (CTG) Designer – Vehicles

n

We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Colour, Trim & Graphics (CTG) Designer to join our energetic vehicle design team. This role is ideal for a talented Graphic Design graduate or an early-career professional who is excited about branding and visual storytelling. The candidate must have passion for vehicle design, its history and culture and possess a fine taste in Design.

Required Qualifications

n

n
- Portfolio showcasing strong skills in visual identity, storytelling, visual communication, presentation, and problem-solving.
n
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication Design
n
- 1+ years of professional experience, internships, or academic project experience in graphic design, branding, CMF, or related fields.
n
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Familiarity with digital visualization or rendering tools is a great advantage.

Graphics Design and Visual Brand Identity Design

n

- Studying trends, Brand identity markers and & proposing visual themes accordingly.
n
- Support the development of colour, trim, material & graphic concepts.
n
- Assist in decals for Vehicles and branding applications, and visual identity elements including special editions & personalization programs.
n
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure design intent is effectively communicated.
n
- Develop an understanding of automotive materials, finishes, coatings, textures, and manufacturing processes.
