Job Description AdverAim is a quick-growing healthcare digital marketing agency helping dental clinics, hospitals, and healthcare brands across India acquire high-quality patients through performance marketing and AI-driven systems.
n We're looking for a proactive Business Operations & Sales Coordinator to work directly with the founder, manage our sales pipeline, coordinate client communication, and support day-to-day business operations.
n This isn't a routine operations role—it's a high-visibility position where you'll gain hands-on experience working closely with leadership while contributing to the growth of a fast-scaling digital marketing agency.
n What You'll Own
n n End-to-end lead and client pipeline management.
n Qualifying inbound leads and scheduling appointments.
n Following up with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
n Executing our sales qualification and follow-up process.
n Client relationship management for our healthcare partners.
n CRM management and maintaining accurate lead records.
n Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.




n Supporting hiring coordination and day-to-day business operations.
n n Who We're Looking For
n n 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Sales Coordination, Client Servicing, Telecalling, or Business Development.
n Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
n Strong communication skills in Hindi.
n Highly organized and process-oriented.
n Comfortable working with Google Workspace and CRM software.
n Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
n Someone who takes ownership and follows through on responsibilities.
