We’re Hiring: High School Coordinator & Recruitment Manager

Location : Delhi NCR Only | Full-Time | Hybrid + Field Based

Who We’re Looking For :

n

n
- 2+ years of experience in school outreach, counseling, education consulting, admissions, student recruitment, or similar roles.
n
- Candidates with experience as a School Coordinator, Activities Coordinator, Career/College Counselor, Academic Coordinator, School Administrator, Education Consultant, or School Outreach professional are particularly relevant.
n

You should:

- Be confident speaking with principals and senior school leadership.
n
- Be an excellent presenter, communicator, and relationship-builder.
n
- Be able to persuade and influence students and parents through clear, credible communication.
n
- Be proactive, organized, adaptable, and results-driven.
n
- Be comfortable with field visits and travel across Delhi NCR.
n

About the Role:

n

n
- We’re looking for someone who understands high schools and knows how to communicate with principals, teachers, students, and parents.
n

n

n

n
- Your role will be to approach schools, build relationships with key decision-makers, and help students and parents understand why Taiwan can be a strong destination for their bachelor’s degree and future career.
n

n

n

n
- You will conduct and coordinate school presentations, seminars, webinars, counseling sessions, and student/parent interactions—representing EduCare Taiwan and converting genuine interest into qualified student leads and applications.
n

n

n

What You Will Do :

n

n
- Approach and build relationships with principals, coordinators, counselors, teachers,



students, and parents.
n
- Present EduCare Taiwan and explain why students should consider Taiwan for their bachelor’s degree.
n
- Conduct PowerPoint presentations, seminars, webinars, career sessions, and counseling interactions.
n
- Understand each school’s priorities and identify the right people and opportunities to reach students.
n
- Answer questions and address concerns from students, parents, and school stakeholders.
n
- Build long-term relationships with schools and continuously create new student recruitment opportunities.
n

About EduCare Taiwan:

EduCare Taiwan has been helping Indian students secure admissions and scholarships at Taiwanese universities for the past 4 years , primarily for Master’s and PhD programs.

n

We are now expanding into undergraduate education and are looking for someone to help us build our high-school network and recruit students for bachelor’s programs in Taiwan.

n

Compensation :

n

₹45,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives + Travel Reimbursement
