About the Role

n

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead with a strong background in International Customer Support to lead and manage a team of customer service associates. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills, with a proven track record of driving team performance and achieving operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Manage and lead a team of customer support associates in an international process.
n
- Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
n
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, feedback discussions, and performance reviews.
n
- Handle escalations and provide timely resolution to customer concerns.
n
- Prepare and share performance reports, MIS, and operational updates.
n
- Drive employee engagement and foster a positive team environment.
n
- Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines.
n




- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
n

Eligibility Criteria

n

n
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead in an International Customer Support/Customer Service process.
n
- Strong team management and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
- Experience in handling KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.
n
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
n
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
n
