Operate and monitor cartridge filling machines/equipment as per approved SOPs and batch manufacturing requirements.
- Perform machine setup, line clearance, changeover and basic troubleshooting.
- Operate autoclaves for sterilization of equipment, components and materials as per approved procedures.
- Monitor critical process parameters and ensure operations are carried out within defined limits.
- Follow GMP/cGMP, SOPs, aseptic practices and safety requirements.
- Maintain production area cleanliness and comply with cleanroom practices.
- Complete batch records, equipment logbooks and other production documentation accurately.
- Perform in-process checks and coordinate with QA/QC during production activities.
- Report deviations, breakdowns and abnormalities to the concerned supervisor/manager.
- Support preventive maintenance, equipment cleaning and routine checks.
- Ensure proper handling of materials, components and finished products.
- Coordinate with Engineering, QA, QC and Warehouse teams for smooth production operations.
- Follow EHS requirements and protected working practices.
- Support audits, investigations, CAPA and continuous improvement activities.
