Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for civil engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Conduct resource planning, progress monitoring, and delay analysis to ensure timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical guidance on project planning best practices to junior engineers.
- Monitor and control project expenses to adhere to budget constraints.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve planning-related issues and ensure successful project execution.
Job Requirements :
- Strong knowledge of project planning principles, including Gantt charts and PERT diagrams.
- Proficiency in Resource Planning, Scheduling,
Delay Analysis, Progress Monitoring tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide technical guidance.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
