Job Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end product design for healthcare and clinical applications, from discovery and research to high-fidelity UI, interactive prototypes, and developer handoff.
- Design intuitive user experiences for complex healthcare workflows, including EMR/EHR, patient management, clinical documentation, telehealth, scheduling, and care coordination.
- Create wireframes, user flows, design systems, micro-interactions, animations, and motion graphics.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and clinical stakeholders to define requirements and deliver user-centric products.
- Conduct UX research, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and data-driven design iterations.
- Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems, reusable UI components, design tokens, and interaction patterns using Figma.
- Design responsive and accessible interfaces following UX best practices and WCAG guidelines.
- Maintain awareness of healthcare compliance requirements and HIPAA.
- Create visual assets, illustrations, presentations, and motion graphics using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Leverage AI-powered design tools for ideation, content generation, design exploration, prototyping,



and workflow efficiency.

Requirements
- Strong experience in Product Design / UX Design, preferably within Healthcare & Clinical applications.
- Hands-on experience designing complex healthcare workflows such as EMR/EHR, patient management, telehealth, clinical documentation, scheduling, or care coordination.
- Proficiency in Figma for UI design, prototyping, design systems, and reusable components.
- Strong knowledge of UX research, wireframing, user flows, usability testing, and interaction design.
- Experience with design systems, design tokens, micro-interactions, animations, and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and XD.
- Understanding of responsive and accessible design and WCAG guidelines.
- Awareness of HIPAA and healthcare compliance requirements.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with Product, Engineering, QA, and clinical teams.
- Ability to use AI-powered design tools to improve design workflows and productivity.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant product/UX design work.

Additional Information This is an Internal Hiring position with (ICS).

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
