Role Purpose /n The Executive Assistant / Manager – Strategy (Manufacturing) is a high-impact techno-managerial role supporting the Managment in driving manufacturing governance, strategic initiatives, financial oversight, and execution discipline across units. /n This is a strategic coordination role extending beyond conventional executive assistance.

The incumbent shall function as: /n /n

- A structured execution enabler

- A manufacturing governance integrator

- A financial oversight support to manufacturing operations

/n

- A cross-functional facilitator

/n

- A calibrated escalation filter

/n /n The objective is to ensure disciplined execution, structured reviews, timely but critical escalations, and minimal operational intervention from the higher authority /n 2.

Educational

Qualification /n /n





- B.Tech (Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Electrical or equivalent) – Mandatory

/n

- MBA in Operations / Business Administration – Mandatory

/n /n /n 3.

Experience Profile /n /n

- 5-8years in manufacturing / plant operations / corporate manufacturing & supply chain strategy

/n

- Exposure to multi-plant operations preferred, cross-functional business leadership

/n

- Experience in preparing annual operating plan, capex tracking, civil factory infrastructure projects, digital & IIoT initiatives, vendor management desirable, sound knowledge of the product life cycle & product costing regimes
