Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Franchise Development Manager to drive franchise expansion, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with prospective franchise partners. The ideal candidate should have robust business development, negotiation, and market expansion skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new franchise opportunities across assigned regions.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, references, digital platforms, and other channels.
- Connect with prospective franchise partners and understand their business requirements.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential franchisees.
- Explain the franchise business model, investment requirements, processes, and benefits.




- Manage the complete franchise acquisition cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Conduct market research to identify potential locations and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for site evaluation, documentation, onboarding, and franchise launch.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective franchise partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise acquisition targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and pipeline status.
- Regularly prepare and share business development reports with management.
- Travel extensively within assigned regions as required.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of franchise development and expansion.
- Ability to generate and convert leads independently.
- Willingness to travel as required.
