/n 1) Consulting Engagement Execution: /n • Achieve successful execution of consulting engagements by providing expert guidance and support in instructional design initiatives. /n • Ensure timely delivery and high-quality implementation of instructional design solutions for clients. /n • Apply learning theories and models in training design. /n 2) Proposal Development and Research: /n • Conduct thorough research and analysis to develop design recommendations for proposals. /n • Collaborate with stakeholders to create compelling, innovative instructional design solutions aligned with client needs. /n • Spearhead the development of POCs for recent projects and accounts, demonstrating the effectiveness and feasibility of instructional design solutions. /n • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative prototypes that address client requirements. /n 3) Course/Product Audits: /n • Conduct comprehensive audits of courses and products to assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment with instructional design standards. /n Generate actionable insights and recommendations to enhance the quality and impact of learning materials. /n •Design curriculum, create training macro and micro designs, create training materials, and write functional specifications documents (FSD). /n /n 4) Leadership in Learning Experience Design: /n /n • Lead projects as the senior learning experience designer, providing high-level design input and leveraging a consultative approach to meet customer objectives.
