Responsibilities

n

n
- Analyzing financial statement, performance and trend analysis for assessing the credit worthiness of mid-large corporates
n
- Managing a portfolio of clients and handling rating assignments
n
- Preparing credit reports (annual/quarterly reviews) by including profile of the counterparty, key rating considerations, credit risk assessment, (including financial & peer analysis, rating rationale, outlook etc.)
n
- Build forecast excel models
n
- Analyzing the business model, identifying strengths, weakness, risks,



understanding the revenue models and the corporate structure of the counterparties.
n
- Adhering to standard operating procedure & policies including compliance documentation
n
- Maintaining strong relationship with the client
n

Required Background

n

n
- Solid understanding of credit principles, credit review/ appraisal, credit rating, report writing, capital structure, EBITDA & ratio analysis for mid/ large corporates
n
- Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance or CFA or M. Com or equivalent degree
n
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with various stake holders
n
- Ability to multi-task independently under tight timelines and eye for details
n
- 3-8 years of relevant experience in credit industry
