Job Description We're Hiring: MSP Program Specialist – Delivery & Operations
n Location: Bangalore | Hyderabad | Gurgaon
n Experience: 4–6 Years | Full-Time
n Immediate to 15 Days Joiners Preferred
n Looking for a energetic professional with experience in MSP operations and recruitment delivery to join our team!
n Key Responsibilities:
n • Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery
n • Coordinate with vendors & internal teams
n • Track hiring pipeline, onboarding & resource lifecycle
n • Ensure SLA adherence & compliance (BGV, documentation)
n • Maintain dashboards, reports & vendor performance metrics
n What We're Looking For:
n • 2–4 years in MSP / staffing / recruitment operations
n • Strong vendor management & coordination skills
n • Experience with resource tracking, BGV & reporting
n • Good hands-on experience with MS Excel
n • VMS tools like SAP Fieldglass and Beeline are a plus
