Babli is a growing D2C women's fashion brand focused on comfortable everyday wear made primarily from cotton, handloom cotton, and yarn-dyed fabrics.

n

We are looking for a Fashion Designer who can contribute to trend research, fabric selection, sampling, garment development, fit corrections, embroidery development, print development, and collection creation for women's western and fusion wear.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

• Trend research and collection development

n

• Fabric selection and sourcing

n

• Sampling, fitting, and garment development

n

• Print, embroidery, and surface development

n

• Coordination with masters, artisans, karigars, and vendors

n





• Technical sketches, tech packs, and specification sheets

n

• Product styling, photoshoots, and collection launches

n

• Working closely with production teams to ensure commercial viability

n

Preferred Experience

n

• Women's western and fusion wear

n

• Garment construction and product development

n

• Fabric sourcing and textile knowledge

n

• Embroidery and surface development

n

• Sampling and fit corrections

n

• Experience working with artisans and production teams

n
