About the Role

n

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Success Analyst to support our high-volume data processing and customer engagement operations. This role involves handling outbound calls, analyzing customer interactions, improving performance, and enhancing customer satisfaction through data-driven insights.

n

The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing the customer journey—from initial contact to long-term engagement—while maintaining high service standards and improving key metrics such as FCR, AHT, SLA, CSAT, and NPS.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

1. Customer Interaction & Outbound Calling

n

n
- Make effective and productive outbound calls
n
- Engage with customers based on assigned segments
n
- Ensure adherence toKPI's such as Handling Premier Customers Profiles, KYC updation,



Explaining about schemes and offers, collecting referrals, Inviting for a store visit, Post sales service calls.
n

n

2. Performance & Analysis

n

n
- Analyze call data and customer interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement
n
- Improve customer experience and retention through actionable insights
n
- Regularly update customer details and interaction notes
n
- Validate and maintain the customer database
n

n

Qualifications

n

n
- Any Graduate
n
- 1–6 years of outbound calling experience preferred
n
- Experience in outbound call centre operations will be preferred
n
- Proficiency in any two languages among Telugu, Hindi, and English preferred
n
- Immediate joiners are preferred
n

- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
n
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools
n
- Customer empathy and attention to detail

- Good voice modulation and listening skills
