About the Role

n

We are looking for a highly driven Key Account Manager (Quick Commerce) to own and scale our business across leading quick commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have independently managed a high-value Quick Commerce account with complete ownership of business growth, advertising, assortment, and platform relationships.

Key Responsibilities

n

Own the end-to-end business for one or more Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, and BigBasket Now.

n

• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and category performance.

n

Manage listings, pricing, promotions, assortment, inventory, and platform visibility.

n

Plan and optimize platform advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.

n

Build strong relationships with category managers and platform teams to unlock growth opportunities.

n

• Analyze sales performance, campaign metrics, and customer insights to make data-driven decisions.

n

Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.

n

Monitor competition, pricing, assortment gaps,



and emerging Quick Commerce trends.

n

Must-Have Requirements

n

3-10 years of experience in E-commerce or Quick Commerce account management. Must have independently managed at least one Quick Commerce account with:

n

O *1 Crore+ business ownership

n

*10 Lakhs+ advertising budget

n

Demonstrated ability to take complete ownership of an account and drive growth. Strong understanding of Quick Commerce business metrics, platform operations, and advertising.

n

Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and performance reporting.

n

Preferred Background

n

Experience with D2C/FMCG/Food & Beverage/Health & Wellness/Beauty/Personal Care brands.

n

Candidates from high-growth consumer brands with strong Quick Commerce presence will be preferred.
