Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for issuing tickets as per client requirements.

n

2. Responsible for managing all transactions related to non-air services including Rail, Visa, Bus, and Insurance.

n

3. Responsible for ensuring client SLAs are consistently met.

n

4. Responsible for driving PLB carrier sales.

n

5. Responsible for ensuring all supporting documents are uploaded in iBook.

n

6. Responsible for ensuring nil billing pendency at all times.

n

7. Responsible for extending support for submissions by providing all correspondence emails.

n

8. Responsible for handling personal bookings of clients and ensuring timely collection of payments.

n

9. Responsible for coordinating with customers for day-to-day bookings.

n

10.



Responsible for ensuring quality service is provided to clients by adhering to organisational standards.

Job Requirements:

n

n
- HSC/Graduate in any discipline
n
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in International Air Ticketing and Travel Operations.
n
- Robust knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
n
- Experience in handling international flight bookings, reissues, cancellations, refunds, and fare calculations.
n
- Knowledge of airline fare rules, routing, visa requirements, and travel documentation.
n
- Ability to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for corporate clients.
n
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
