Key Responsibilities

n

Business Development & Pre-Sales

n

· Build and execute account growth strategies to drive revenue across BA, UAT, PMO services, BPR & BPM services

n

· Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through existing clients and new logos.

n

· Develop sales pipelines across existing and new logos in close coordination with Client partners and Business Relationship Managers

n

· Lead client discussions, capability presentations, and executive-level engagement sessions.

n

· Manage end-to-end RFP, RFI, and proposal responses

n

Solutioning & Consulting

n

· Design tailored BA, UAT, and PMO, BPR & BPM service offerings aligned to client business needs

n

· Develop effort estimations, staffing models, governance structures, and pricing strategies

n

· Create business cases, transformation roadmaps, operating models, and delivery frameworks

n

· Collaborate with delivery teams to define creative solutions leveraging automation, AI, and modern testing methodologies.

n

Client Relationship Management

n

· Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, Business Heads, Program Directors, and Transformation Leaders.

n

· Drive executive governance and strategic account reviews.

n





· Identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell across consulting and managed services portfolios.

n

Practice & Capability Development

n

· Contribute to the growth of Business Analysis, UAT, and PMO practices.

n

· Develop reusable offerings, accelerators, methodologies, and go-to-market assets.

n

· Support competency development and mentor team members.

n

· Participate in industry forums and thought leadership initiatives.

n

Revenue & Governance Management

n

· Own sales targets, forecast accuracy, and pipeline management.

n

· Monitor deal performance, profitability, and resource utilization.

n

· Ensure compliance with internal governance, commercial, legal, and risk management processes.

n
