We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our ELV projects in Eastern India from our Kolkata office .

Position Summary

n

The Project Manager will be responsible for complete project execution, client management, resource planning, commercial monitoring, and successful delivery of multiple ELV projects within schedule, budget, quality and safety parameters.

n

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in ELV systems, excellent leadership skills, and proven experience in handling large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

n

n
- Lead end-to-end execution of ELV projects from project handover to final commissioning.
n
- Prepare project schedules, execution plans and resource deployment strategies.
n
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and approved budgets.
n
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, PMC and contractors.
n
- Conduct regular project review meetings and monitor project progress.
n

Technical Management

n

Manage complete execution of:

Site Management

n

n
- Supervise multiple project sites across Eastern India.
n
- Ensure quality installation as per approved drawings and standards.
n
- Review AutoCAD drawings and installation layouts.
n
- Monitor subcontractors and site engineers.
n
- Ensure timely procurement of project materials.
n
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues.
n

Client & Stakeholder Management

n

n
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients and consultants.
n
- Attend client meetings and technical discussions.
n
- Manage project documentation and approvals.
n
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout project execution.
n

Commercial Management

n

- Monitor project budgets and profitability.
n
- Review BOQs and project scope.
n
- Control project costs and minimize wastage.
n
- Verify contractor bills and vendor invoices.
n
- Support Finance in billing milestones and collections.
n

Quality & Compliance

n

- Ensure adherence to ISO standards and company SOPs.

- Implement QA/QC procedures.
n
- Maintain project documentation.
n
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements.

Team Leadership

- Lead Project Engineers, Site Engineers and Supervisors.
n
- Mentor technical teams and improve productivity.

- Conduct daily and weekly project review meetings.

- Drive performance through effective planning and monitoring.

Desired Candidate Profile

n

Education

n

n
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Telecommunication or related Engineering discipline.
n

n

Experience

n

n
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the ELV/System Integration industry.
n
- Minimum 3 years in Project Management.
n
- Experience managing multiple large-scale commercial, healthcare, data centre, hospitality or infrastructure projects.
n
- Experience working with System Integrators is mandatory.
n
