Location: Navallur, Chennai

Designation: Process Associate / Sr. Process Associate

n

Experience: 1–6 Years (Process Associate/Analyst), 5-10years (Team Lead) with at least 1-2 years into team handling role.

n

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

n

HCLTech is looking for professionals with experience in UK Life Insurance, Pensions, Retirement Funds, Savings & Investments, and Policy Administration to join our growing Insurance Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Handle policy servicing, claims, alterations, and customer enquiries
n
- Process pension, retirement, and investment-related transactions
n
- Manage new business,



fund switches, income payments, surrenders, and top-ups
n
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with UK insurance and retirement regulations
n
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting operational SLAs
n

n

Eligibility

n

1–10 years of experience in UK Life Insurance, Pensions, Retirement Operations, Savings & Investments, or Financial Services

n

Solid written communication and customer service skills

n

Knowledge of policy administration and back-office insurance operations

n

Immediate to 30 Days notice period preferred

n
