Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Spoken English role based in Pune City.

The Spoken

English professional will conduct classroom and small-group sessions focused on improving learners’ spoken English, pronunciation, grammar, and confidence in everyday and workplace communication. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons, using practical examples and role plays, and assessing learners’ progress through tests, feedback, and activity-based evaluations. The role involves customizing training content to different learner levels, maintaining accurate training records,



and coordinating with internal teams to support placement or further training opportunities. The professional may also assist with language support tasks such as basic translation or communication coaching to help learners become job-ready.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Training skills, with experience delivering structured spoken English sessions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken English, active listening, and the ability to explain concepts simply.
- Candidates should possess Translation and Customer Service skills to support learners and address their queries in a respectful, solution-oriented manner.
- Candidates should possess the ability to design lesson plans, use activity-based learning methods, and adapt teaching style to different proficiency levels.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Communications, or a related field are beneficial, along with certifications in ESL/Spoken English training.
- Prior experience in training, coaching, or teaching in classroom or corporate environments is preferred.
- Comfort working in office in Pune City, with strong time management, classroom management, and basic computer skills for reporting and content preparation.
