About the Role

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and aesthetically sensitive Junior Spatial Stylist / Set Designer to support the design execution of an upcoming premium jewellery showroom in Thane.

The candidate will work closely with the Project Architect and Creative Consultant to translate the approved design direction into physical materials, finishes, colour combinations, mock-ups and on-site execution.

The role is particularly suited to someone who has a robust understanding of colour, materials, styling, spatial aesthetics and physical execution.

This is not a conventional drafting or 3D visualisation role. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual eye and be comfortable working hands-on with vendors, samples and the physical site.

Key Responsibilities1. Colour & Material Selection

- Source and shortlist materials based on the approved design direction.
- Coordinate samples for laminates, marble, stone, paint, PVD/metal finishes, glass, fabrics, upholstery, flooring and other finishes.
- Evaluate colour, tone, texture and finish combinations physically.
- Identify inconsistencies between approved references and vendor samples.
- Ensure the final material palette remains cohesive across the showroom.

1. Sampling & Mock-ups

- Coordinate with vendors for physical samples and mock-ups.
- Prepare and maintain material/sample boards.
- Compare vendor samples against approved references.




- Ensure approved samples are correctly communicated to vendors and contractors.
- Track approvals, revisions and final selections.

1. On-Site Design Monitoring

- Visit the Thane showroom site regularly.
- Review ongoing execution from an aesthetic and design-quality perspective.
- Identify deviations from approved design/material specifications.
- Photograph and document site progress clearly for remote review.
- Flag issues early and coordinate corrections with the relevant vendor/contractor.

1. Remote Creative Coordination

- Work closely with the Creative Consultant who will be directing the project remotely.
- Share clear photographs, videos, measurements and sample comparisons for remote decision-making.
- Present 2–3 appropriate options where a design/material decision is required.
- Ensure that decisions made remotely are accurately translated into physical execution.

1. Vendor & Contractor Coordination

- Coordinate with material vendors, fabricators, contractors and suppliers for samples and mock-ups.
- Follow up on pending samples and design-related execution points.
- Ensure vendors understand the approved material/finish specifications.
- Escalate technical or execution issues to the Project Architect / Director rather than independently altering the design intent.

1. Styling & Visual Detailing

- Assist with spatial styling, decorative elements, finishes, props and visual details where required.
- Maintain consistency in the overall visual language of the showroom.
- Support the creation of mood boards, material boards and visual references.
- Help ensure that the finished environment reflects the intended premium/luxury aesthetic.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
