1. Role Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled SEN Teacher to support inclusive education and provide individualised learning support to students with diverse learning needs. The role will involve working closely with students, teachers, parents and specialists to create an enabling and supportive learning environment.
1. Key Responsibilities
Identify students' learning support needs through observation, assessment and collaboration with teachers and parents. Develop and implement individualised learning and support strategies based on student needs.
Provide targeted one-to-one and small-group interventions.
Work closely with classroom teachers to adapt learning materials, activities and teaching strategies.
Monitor and document student progress and maintain confidential records of interventions and support plans.
Conduct regular assessments and recommend appropriate interventions based on student progress.
Collaborate with parents, counsellors, specialists and external professionals wherever required.
Support the implementation of inclusive practices across classrooms and school activities.
Promote a safe,
respectful and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Contribute to staff awareness and capacity-building initiatives related to inclusive education and learning support.
Participate in school meetings, events, professional development programmes and other academic initiatives.
1. Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, Psychology, Education or a related field. Recognised qualification/certification in Special Education or SEN support will be preferred.
1. Experience
2–5 years of relevant experience in supporting students with diverse learning needs. Prior experience in a school or educational institution is preferred.
Exposure to IB or international curriculum will be an added advantage.

1. Joining Requirement
Immediate joiners preferred; candidates who can join within 15 days may also be considered. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
