Role Description The Spa Therapist at Dhyavey Wellness in Bharuch will provide professional spa treatments and wellness services to guests in an on-site setting. This full-time role involves performing a range of therapies such as massages, facials, and body treatments in line with brand standards and treatment protocols.

The Spa

Therapist will consult with guests to understand their needs, explain recommended services, and ensure a safe, comfortable,



and relaxing experience. Daily responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, maintaining hygiene and equipment, managing appointment flow, and accurately documenting services provided. The role also involves collaborating with team members, supporting retail recommendations for wellness products, and upholding Dhyavey’s standards of guest service and wellbeing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in spa treatments and wellness services, including Spa Treatments and Pedicures.
- Candidates should possess skills related to skin and beauty care, including Cosmetology and Facials.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, focusing on guest comfort, communication, and satisfaction.
- Relevant certification or diploma in spa therapy, beauty therapy, or cosmetology is beneficial.
- Previous experience in spa, wellness, or hospitality environments is preferred.
- Ability to maintain hygiene standards, follow treatment protocols, and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Good interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a genuine interest in guest wellbeing are essential.
