As we continue to expand across D2C, marketplaces, quick commerce, and offline retail, we're looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to support our day-to-day finance and accounting operations. n n Key Responsibilities n Maintain books of accounts using Tally Prime. n Record daily sales, purchase, expense, and payment entries. n Prepare and maintain invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and purchase orders. n Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. n Perform daily bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation. n Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance by coordinating with the company's Chartered Accountant. n Process vendor payments and maintain payment schedules. n Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents. n Reconcile inventory with warehouse and sales records. n Assist in monthly closing and preparation of basic MIS reports. n Follow up with customers and vendors regarding outstanding payments. n Maintain petty cash records and employee reimbursement claims.



n Support internal audits and statutory audits by providing required documentation. n Ensure all financial records are accurate and updated. n n Required Qualifications n B.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce/Finance. n 1–3 years of accounting experience. n Good knowledge of Tally Prime. n Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping. n Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, sorting, and basic reports). n Good numerical aptitude and attention to detail. n Strong organisational and communication skills. n n Preferred Skills n Experience in an FMCG, D2C, or e-commerce company is an advantage. n Familiarity with inventory accounting. n Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. n Honest, reliable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced startup environment. n n What We Offer n Salary: ₹25,000 per month (In-hand) n Opportunity to work directly with the founders. n Fast learning and career growth in a rapidly growing consumer brand. n Hands-on exposure to finance, operations, inventory, and e-commerce accounting. n Collaborative and entrepreneurial work workplace. n n If you're someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintains high accuracy, and wants to grow with a young and ambitious brand, we'd love to hear from you. n
