Job Description

We are hiring for EHS / Safety at Jaipur Location.

n

The position will be responsible for:

n

n
- Monitor and maintain Safety management system at the site.
n
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Fire protection system.
n
- Conduct site inspection & round and identify unsafe practices & condition and suggest closure action
n
- Handling of work permit system and conduct Site Risk assessment of the job and authorize work permit for activity.
n
- Conduct JSA/ HIRA along with line function for all activity.
n
- Manage and enforce Contractor Safety Management protocolsPrepare MIS reports for circulation & tracking.
n
- Conduct incident Investigation reports and suggest for CAPA and tracking it for closure.
n
- Support ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 activities in terms of documentation requirement and implementation.
n

Conduct Safety awareness training down the line. Plan and execute mock drill at the site as per plan.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic

- Develop safety management system & procedures in line with site requirement.
n




- Facilitate comprehensive safety awareness training to ensure all employees are informed and aligned with safety protocols Conduct HIRA (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment) along with line function for critical jobs
n
- Monitor the effectiveness & implementation of CAPA & their loop closure.
n
- Ensure workplace inspection at site equipment's.
n

Operational & Financial

n

n
- Conduct safety prime audit & round and identify unsafe practices & condition and suggest closure action
n
- Participate in Incident Investigation through use various tools to reach to the Root cause and suggest recommendations to avoid recurrence.
n
- Monitor implementation of the above system and procedures at shop floor level.
n
- Conduct Site Risk assessment of the job and issue work permit for critical jobs including toolbox talk
n
- Control the contractor's activities for safe execution.
n
- Valuable Knowledge of various types of Personal Protective Equipment's and application.
n

n

Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry / Diploma in Chemical Engineering.

n

ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) preferred

n

Experience: 3-5 years' experience in EHS/ Safety
