What You will do:

n

Global Tax Compliance Coordination

n

• Coordinate tax compliance activities across the United States, India, the United Kingdom, Canada, and EU jurisdictions.

n

• Support preparation and coordination of US federal, state, and local tax filings.

n

• Assist with India tax compliance including GST, TDS, and statutory filings.

n

• Support UK VAT and PAYE compliance.

n

• Assist with Canadian corporate tax and GST/HST compliance.

n

• Support EU VAT registrations and filings.

n

• Maintain a centralized global tax compliance calendar.

n

Tax Data Management & Reporting

n

• Collect and organize financial data from ERP and accounting systems.

n

• Maintain repositories of filed returns, notices, registrations, and documentation.

n

• Prepare supporting schedules and reconciliations for tax filings.

n

• Assist in preparing tax reporting summaries for finance leadership.

n

• Support reconciliation of tax accounts during month-end and year-end close.

n

Cross-Border Coordination

n

• Act as coordination point between US finance leadership and teams in India, the UK, Canada, and the EU.

n

• Track intercompany transactions and transfer pricing documentation.

n

• Coordinate with HR and payroll teams regarding employment tax compliance.

n





• Support updates to tax registrations as the company expands into new jurisdictions.

n

Tax Administration & Compliance Support

n

• Track tax authority notices and correspondence.

n

• Maintain documentation supporting tax filings and tax positions.

n

• Assist with gathering documentation for tax audits and regulatory inquiries.

n

• Support development of tax procedures and compliance checklists.

n

Process Improvement & Projects

n

• Identify opportunities to streamline tax workflows.

n

• Improve tax tracking tools, filing calendars, and reporting templates.

n

• Participate in system implementations or expansion into new jurisdictions.

n

• Support improvements to global tax governance and internal controls.

n

Ideally, you have:

n

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

n

• 2–5 years of experience supporting tax compliance including at least one non-India jurisdiction (US, UK,

n

Canada, or EU).

n

• Experience coordinating with international finance teams or external tax advisors.

n

• Experience with India tax compliance (GST, TDS, or statutory filings).

n

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

n

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

n

• Strong communication skills and ability to work across global teams.

n

Preferred

n

• Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment.

n

• Exposure to US, UK, Canadian, or EU tax frameworks.

n

• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.

n

• Familiarity with multi-entity corporate structures and transfer pricing documentation.

n

• Progress toward CA, CPA, ACCA, or similar professional certification.
