About the Role

n

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented and responsible Graphic Designer to join our team.

n

We're open to candidates across Junior to Senior levels, with approximately 1-3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an agency or media environment.

n

The role involves taking a brief from concept to execution and creating engaging visual content across social media and digital platforms. We're looking for someone with a strong aesthetic sense, a go-getter attitude and the ability to work independently while collaborating with creative and social media teams.

What You'll Do

n

n
- Study design briefs and conceptualize visual ideas based on client requirements
n
- Develop and pitch creative concepts
n
- Create social media posts, grids, stories, digital ads, website banners, emailers, newsletters, look books, WhatsApp creatives and more
n
- Use the Adobe Creative Suite to create illustrations, layouts, logos and other design assets
n
- Select appropriate fonts, colors,



imagery and layouts based on the brand and communication objective
n
- Collaborate with copywriters, Creative Directors and Social Media Managers to develop and execute campaigns
n
- Work with internal teams to prioritize and deliver projects within timelines
n
- Test and adapt graphics across different platforms and formats
n
- Incorporate feedback and make design revisions across multiple rounds
n
- For senior-level candidates, take greater ownership of concepts, creative direction and execution
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 1–3+ years of relevant experience in graphic design; agency/media experience is preferred
n
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
n
- Experience with animation and video editing is a plus; Adobe Premiere Pro preferred
n
- A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, illustrations and/or digital creatives
n
- A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, colors and visual details
n
- Robust communication skills and openness to feedback
n
- Ability to work methodically, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
n
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
n
- Knowledge of design principles and techniques, including prototyping
n
- Good time-management and organizational skills
n
- A degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Applied Arts, Fine Arts or a related field is preferred
n
