About the Role

This role is responsible for project management and service delivery of all products & services in Enterprise network business (B2B).

n

• Project management, planning and scheduling implementation of MPLS services.

n

• On Time, within budget Implementation of the complete project

n

• Customer engagement to address customer dependencies & e2e project delivery as per signed scope of work.

n

• Enhance service delivery experience for the customer & revenue for the organization

n

Responsibilities

- Project management, planning and scheduling implementation of MPLS services.

- On Time, within budget Implementation of the complete project.

- Customer engagement to address customer dependencies & e2e project delivery as per signed scope of work.

- Enhance service delivery experience for the customer & revenue for the organization.

- Customer engagement & communication.
n
- Project kick off meeting/call with Customer.
n
- Resolution of customer dependencies.
n
- Share Project Plan with the customer e2e tracking & monitoring of project delivery.
n
- Proactive & timely project status update to the customer.
n




- Project Stage tracking & ensure timely delivery.
n
- Project follow ups, escalations and constraint resolution.
n
- Delivery of third party media/bandwidth.
n
- Customer CPE integration & testing.
n
- Schedule planned activities with the customers.
n
- Accelerate & Maximize revenue by faster deployment of project.
n

Required Skills

n

n
- Experience of working in Network B2B Projects as Network management L1 / L2 / L3.
n
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
n
- Solid problem determination and resolution skills.
n
- The resources should be equipped with deep trouble shooting experience.
n
- Minimum 4 yrs of exp in Routing, switching and SDWAN.
n
- Basic Configuration management experience.
n
- Experience in managing Routing, Switching, Firewall, IPS etc. vendor management.
n
- Active CCNA / CCNP certification with hands on SD-WAN experience.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Bachelor's degree (B.E / B.Tech./BCA/ BSC(IT)/MCA/MSC(IT) .
n
- 4+ years of experience in Routing, switching and SDWAN.
