Role Purpose :

The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for developing and managing channel partner relationships to generate a consistent flow of qualified client walk-ins and business opportunities. The role will focus on meeting channel partners, building strong relationships, driving client referrals through them, and ensuring regular walk-ins and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Channel Partner Engagement: Identify, onboard, and build robust relationships with channel partners who can generate potential clients.




- Partner Meetings: Regularly meet channel partners to understand their network, business potential, and client requirements.
- Client Sourcing: Drive prospective clients through channel partners and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads and walk-ins.
- Walk-in Generation: Work closely with partners to ensure committed and regular client walk-ins, follow up on leads, and minimize drop-offs.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners through regular communication, meetings, and business reviews.
- Lead Follow-up: Track leads generated through partners and coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
- Partner Activation: Motivate inactive or low-performing partners and develop initiatives to increase their contribution.
- Business Development: Explore new channel partners and expand the partner network to increase client acquisition.
