Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sourcing Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sourcing, preferably with hands-on experience in mandate projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and sourcing residential and commercial real estate projects, developing relationships with builders and developers, and bringing suitable projects under company mandate.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and source new real estate projects suitable for company mandates.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with builders, developers, channel partners, and property consultants.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, references, and industry contacts.
- Evaluate projects based on location, developer profile, project potential, pricing, inventory, and commercial viability.
- Manage the complete sourcing cycle from lead generation to mandate closure.
- Conduct regular market visits and track upcoming and ongoing projects.
