Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Pre-Sales Ownership

- - Own the technical pre-sales lifecycle from first discussion to deal closure.

- Partner with sales to qualify opportunities and define winning strategies.

- Act as the primary technical voice in client conversations.

2. Discovery &

- Problem Definition

- - Lead client discovery sessions to understand business goals, constraints, and challenges.

- Go beyond stated requirements to identify underlying problems and opportunities.

- Convert ambiguous ideas into structured solution directions.

Solution

Design &

- Positioning

- - Design practical, scalable, and business-aligned solutions across AI, web, and enterprise platforms.

- Create high-level architectures, workflows, and solution narratives.

- Position solutions in a way that highlights business impact, ROI, and differentiation.

4. Proposal &

- Deal Support

- - Own the creation of:

- Proposals

- Scope documents

- Solution approaches

- Effort estimates (with engineering support)

- Drive RFP/RFI/RFQ responses with clarity and competitiveness.

- Support negotiations by aligning solution, scope, and commercial structure.

5. AI &

- Innovation-Led Solutioning

- - Identify opportunities to integrate:

- Generative AI

- Automation workflows

- Data-driven insights

- Conceptualize and guide PoCs, demos, and prototypes that strengthen deal confidence.

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

- - Work closely with:

- Engineering &
- Architecture teams

- AI/ML teams

- UI/UX teams





- Delivery teams

- Ensure feasibility, alignment, and smooth transition from pre-sales to delivery.

Enablement &

- Thought Leadership

- - Support sales with pitch decks, demos, and solution storytelling.

- Contribute to reusable assets: case studies, solution frameworks, demo kits.

- Stay updated on industry trends and bring new solution ideas proactively.

Required Experience

- - 5–10 years in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Consulting roles.

- Strong experience in client-facing roles within software services or SaaS.

- Proven track record of supporting or influencing deal closures.

- Experience in AI-driven or digital transformation projects is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

- - Strong understanding of modern application architectures:

- Web &
- Mobile applications

- APIs and integrations

- Cloud-based systems

- Familiarity with:

- Backend: Laravel / Node / Python ecosystems

- Frontend: React or similar frameworks

- Databases: MySQL or equivalent

- Good understanding of:

- Generative AI &

- LLM ecosystems (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini)

- Prompt engineering &

- AI workflows

- RAG, vector databases (basic understanding is sufficient)

- Awareness of:

- AWS / Azure / GCP

- DevOps basics (CI/CD, Docker)

- - Domain understanding in atleast one among Healthcare, Insurance, SaaS, or Enterprise Platforms

- Exposure to automation tools (Zapier, Workato, etc.)

- Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem integrations

- MBA or business exposure is a plus

Qualification

- - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology / Computer Science

- Relevant certifications in AI, Cloud, or Architecture are an added advantage
