Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect – NaaS with strong expertise in enterprise networking (wired, wireless, SD-WAN) and exposure to multi-domain technologies. The role involves solution design, pre-sales, and proposal development, with a focus on multi-OEM environments.

Experience: 8–10 years

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

- Design end-to-end Network as a Service (NaaS) solutions for enterprise customers
- Translating business and technical requirements into scalable architecture
- Ensure alignment with multi-OEM environments (Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet)

Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement
- Act as a technical POC for customer discussions, design queries, and solution validation
- Support sales teams in customer meetings, workshops, and presentations
- Provide technical leadership during RFP/RFI responses

Proposal & Solution Development
- Build proposals, BOMs, HLD/LLD documents, and solution artifacts
- Define service constructs (SLAs, managed services, automation frameworks)
- Work closely with delivery teams for solution feasibility and transition

Ideal Candidate

1. Networking (Mandatory)

• Strong expertise in: o Wired: L2/L3 switching, campus/DC networks o Wireless: WLAN, Wi-Fi 6/6E o WAN: SD-WAN, MPLS
- Experience with multi-vendor networking environments

NaaS & Modern Architectures
- Deep understanding of:

o Subscription-based / OpEx-driven models o Managed network services & lifecycle o SDN, cloud-managed networking
1. Cross-Domain Skills (Preferred / Optional)

• Cyber Security: Firewalls, NAC, zero-trust concepts
- Cloud: AWS/Azure networking, hybrid connectivity
- SASE / SSE architectures (good to have)





1. OEM & Certification Requirements

• Strong hands-on knowledge of: o Cisco o Aruba (HPE)

o Fortinet

- Mandatory: Professional-level certifications in one or more:

o Cisco (CCNP/CCIE)

o Aruba (ACMP/ACDX or equivalent)

o Fortinet (NSE 4/5/7)

- Experience in costing, pricing models, and proposal structuring
- Strong documentation and presentation skills

Ideal Candidate Criteria

- Strong Solution Architect (NaaS / Enterprise Networking) Profiles
- Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have a minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Network Solution Architecture / Solution Design / Network Engineering,
- Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong hands-on experience across Enterprise Networking – Wired/Wireless, Routing & Switching (L2/L3), WLAN/Wi-Fi, and Firewalls.
- Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have hands-on experience in Network Solution Design, including translating technical requirements into scalable network architectures.
- Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have experience preparing HLD/LLD, BOMs, proposals, or other network solution documentation.
- Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have exposure to customer-facing technical discussions, solution presentations, workshops, RFP/RFI or proposal support.

Preferred

- Preferred (Certification) – Must hold a relevant certification in Cisco / Aruba (HPE) / Fortinet, such as CCNP/CCIE, ACMP/ACDX or equivalent.
