Experience and Skills

Required Skills

- Solid programming skills in Python, Shell Scripting, and C/C++
- Hands-on experience with Linux
- Experience with virtualization and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, RHV, KVM, VMware, OpenStack, and OpenShift
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s), including application development, deployment, troubleshooting,



and debugging
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
- Familiarity with DevOps and GitOps practices
- Experience troubleshooting and remediating security issues in cloud-native environments.
- Familiarity with security compliance and DevSecOps practices, including vulnerability scanning, image security, CI/CD security controls, and policy enforcement.

Additional Qualifications (good to have):

- Cloud and Kubernetes certifications such as:
- CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator)
- CKAD (Certified Kubernetes Application Developer)
- AWS Solutions Architect
- AWS Cloud Practitioner

Education:

B.E, B.Tech / M.E, M.Tech degree in Computer science Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering
