Role Overview

n

The role is the central owner for design, development, governance and maintenance of centralized learning content across AISATS.

n

The incumbent will ensure all learning content is instructionally effective, digitally engaging, current and compliant with applicable DGCA, IATA, Safety, Security, airline/customer and internal requirements.

n

The role will also drive digital and AI-enabled content development, multilingual learning solutions, content governance, RoR/version control and end-to-end delivery of learning-content projects.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

n

n
- Own centralized training content across classroom, e-learning, blended learning and performance-support formats.
n
- Maintain RoR, version control, review cycles, approval records and centralized content repositories.
n
- Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements including DGCA, IATA, Safety, Security and airline/customer standards are accurately embedded in relevant content.
n




- Partner with SMEs and functional stakeholders for technical validation and timely content updates.
n
- Design and develop e-learning, interactive modules, assessments, videos, posters, infographics, job aids and other digital learning assets.
n
- Use tools such as Articulate Storyline/360, Snagit, Canva, Photoshop, SharePoint and AI-enabled authoring tools.
n
- Leverage AI tools for faster content creation, translation, voiceovers and localization across multiple Indian languages while ensuring quality and accuracy.
n
- Apply instructional design and adult-learning principles to simplify complex technical and operational content.
n
- Own content-development projects end-to-end with accountability for timelines, quality, approvals, learner experience and outcomes.
n
- Track regulatory, SOP and policy changes and ensure impacted content is updated within defined timelines.
n
- Review learner feedback, assessment data and stakeholder inputs to continuously improve content effectiveness.
n
- Ensure required software, tools, licenses and content-development capabilities are available with necessary approvals.
n
- Continuously evaluate emerging learning technologies and recommend relevant solutions.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

n

Minimum- Bachelor’s degree or higher education. Must have string hands-on capability in:-

- Articulate Storyline / Articulate 360
n




- AI-enabled content-authoring tools
n
- Canva
n
- Adobe Photoshop
n
- MS Office, particularly PowerPoint
n
- SharePoint
n
- LMS and digital-learning platforms

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

n

Staff should possess the following experiences:

n

n
- Minimum 4–10 years of experience in L&TD;, with at least 2 years in ground handling or aviation
n

n

Relevant experience should include:

n

n
- Instructional design and digital-content development.
n
- Hands-on development of e-learning and multimedia learning assets.
n
- Managing multiple content-development projects independently.
n
- Working with SMEs to convert technical content into effective learning solutions.
n
- Content governance, documentation and version control.
n
- Experience in aviation, logistics, transportation or another regulated/safety-critical industry preferred.
n
- Exposure to AI-based content development and multilingual learning solutions desirable.
n
