What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Manage CRM, sales pipelines, opportunity trackers, and business development KPIs
n
- Coordinate RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, proposals, concept notes, and commercial submissions
n
- Develop budgets, pricing models, cost estimates, and profitability assessments
n
- Coordinate with Finance, Programs, Supply Chain, Technical, M&E;, and Communications teams
n
- Drive proposal timelines, milestones, action items, and stakeholder coordination
n
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and sustainability/industry intelligence
n
- Create impactful PowerPoint presentations, executive briefs, and customer-facing materials
n




- Support conferences, exhibitions, customer events, and client engagement
n
- Improve BD processes, CRM workflows, SOPs, templates, and automation
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Sustainability, International Development, or a related field
n
- MBA/Master's degree preferred
n
- 7–10 years of experience in Business Development, Project Management, Commercial Operations, Consulting, or Proposal Management
n
- Strong commercial and business development acumen
n
- Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, proposal writing, and storytelling skills
n
- Experience with CRM platforms and pipeline management
n
- Knowledge of budgeting, pricing, and commercial analysis
n
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, research, and project management skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines
